As with many other diets, you will be eating small frequent meals that consist of an acceptable ration of 30% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 30% fat. You will be consuming a great deal of fruits and vegetables, fish and chicken and complex carbohydrates.

Another focus of the program will be addressing emotional eating to assist you in making necessary changes.

This diet does recommend exercise but insists it should be fun, not a routine.

This diet has several positives including focusing on mental and physical health rather than just weight loss. Also, it recommends healthy foods including fruits and vegetables. Lastly, it includes plenty of meal plans and healthy recipes for the dieter.
